Jenny is dual qualified in both Scottish and English law. She worked as a litigation solicitor before becoming in-house legal counsel around 2004. She is experienced in all aspects of pro rugby agency from employment and image rights contracts to commercial & disciplinary matters. Her role is to protect and support TMS Clients.
Zara grew up immersed in rugby, with the game a constant presence through her family's lifelong involvement in the sport. As Head of Partnerships & Operations, she combines a background in media, partnerships and client management with a passion for helping TMS players build valuable relationships and thrive both on and off the field.
